Payment Policy
Thanks for shopping with Aminira. This page lays out how payment works with us — what we accept, how billing runs, and what happens if something hits a snag. Nothing buried in fine print.
1. How You Can Pay
For orders in the US and the UK, Aminira accepts:
Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Apple Pay & Google Pay — for a faster checkout on mobile and web, wherever it's supported.
All card payments run through Stripe, our payment processor, so your details are handled on trusted, secure infrastructure. Questions about paying? Reach us anytime at info@aminira.com.
2. How Payment Is Processed
US orders are charged in USD; UK orders in GBP. The prices you see already include any applicable taxes. Depending on where you are and which card you use, your bank may apply its own currency conversion — that part's between you and them.
3. Confirmation & Billing
Your confirmation. Once your payment clears, an order confirmation lands in your inbox. Give it a quick read — if anything looks off, email us right away at info@aminira.com and we'll fix it before it ships.
Your billing details. The billing address you enter needs to match what your bank or card issuer has on file. If it doesn't line up, the payment may get held or the order delayed, so it's worth double-checking at checkout.
4. Keeping Your Payment Secure
Your security isn't an afterthought. Every transaction is encrypted with industry-standard protocols and processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant gateway. We never see or store your full card number on our own servers — that data stays with the processor, where it belongs.
5. When a Payment Doesn't Go Through
If something stops your payment from clearing, we'll email you quickly so it doesn't hold up your order. Usually it's one of a few things:
- Not enough available funds
- Billing details that don't match
- A fraud-prevention hold from your bank
Most of these are sorted in a couple of minutes — start with your card provider, and if you're still stuck, our team at info@aminira.com will help you through it.
6. Sales Tax, VAT & Customs
US customers. State sales tax is added at checkout based on your delivery location.
UK customers. VAT is included in the price, as the law requires.
Outside the US and UK. Any customs duties or import taxes are set and charged by your local authorities, and are the customer's responsibility.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancelling. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it — just email info@aminira.com as soon as you can and we'll catch it in time.
Refunds. The full details live in our [Return & Refund Policy]. Once a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Payment Policy now and then to keep up with how payments evolve or to stay compliant with the rules. The latest version always lives on this page, and continuing to shop with us after an update means you're good with the changes.
