A. Shipping Costs
Free shipping on every order — no minimums, no thresholds, no surprise fees at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
B. Processing & Delivery Times
Order cut-off. Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT (London time) start processing the same day. Anything after that rolls over to the next business day.
Handling time. We prepare and pack your order within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time. Once it's on its way, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days (Monday to Friday).
So end to end, most orders land within roughly two to three weeks. We'll always keep you posted along the way.
C. How We Ship
We send orders through ParcelForce, our trusted delivery partner, to make sure your pair arrives safely and on schedule.
D. Changing Your Address
Caught a typo in your address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@aminira.com and we'll update it before it ships. Once an order is in transit, though, we're no longer able to redirect it — so it's worth a quick double-check at checkout.
E. Cancelling an Order
You can cancel anytime before your order is dispatched — just reach out and we'll take care of it. If it's already shipped, our [Refund Policy] covers what to do next.
F. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel turns up damaged, refuse the delivery from the courier if you're there to do it, and let our team know. If it was left while you were out and arrived damaged, just contact us directly at info@aminira.com — send a photo if you can, and we'll sort it out for you.
