Return & Refund Policy
At Aminira, we want you genuinely happy with what you bought. If a pair isn't right — wrong fit, changed your mind, or something arrived less than perfect — this policy is here to make sorting it out simple.
1. What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, a few things need to be in order:
Condition. Items should be unused, unworn, and back in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
Timing. Start your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase. A valid receipt or order confirmation so we can match it to your purchase.
One thing to flag up front: sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
2. What Can't Be Returned
A short list of exceptions:
- Anything marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items showing wear or damage that isn't down to an error on our end
3. How to Return Something
Three steps, that's it:
- Get in touch. Email our team at info@aminira.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo or two if it's relevant.
- Pack it up. Put the item back securely in its original packaging.
- Send it back. We'll reply with a return authorization and the exact address to ship to — please wait for that before posting anything.
A quick heads-up: return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the return is because of a mistake we made — in which case it's on us.
4. Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and let you know whether it's approved.
If it's approved. The refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days.
Partial refunds. If an item comes back with signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion — we'll always explain why.
Note that the original shipping cost isn't refundable.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? The quickest way is to return the original item and place a fresh order for the one you want. We don't do direct swaps just yet, and ordering separately means you lock in the new pair before it sells out.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If 10 business days have passed and your refund still hasn't shown up, walk through these quickly:
- Check your bank or card account again — it sometimes lands later than the email suggests.
- Contact your bank or card company, since their processing times vary.
- Still nothing after all that? Reach out to us at info@aminira.com and we'll chase it down.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo if you can, and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever works better for you.
