Terms of Service
Welcome to Aminira. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using our website and buying from us. When you browse Aminira or place an order, you're agreeing to what's written below, so it's worth a few minutes to read through.
1. Who We Are & What We Do
Aminira is a footwear retailer serving customers across the United States and the United Kingdom. We curate sneakers and related products from a range of brands and bring them together in one place. Using our site means you accept these Terms.
2. Who Can Order
You need to be at least 18 to place an order with us. If you're under 18, that's fine too — just make sure a parent or guardian is on board first. When you check out, you're confirming that the details you've given us (name, address, payment info) are correct and current.
3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order. After you check out, we'll send a confirmation email. That email means we've received your order — it doesn't guarantee it yet. Everything depends on stock and a final review on our end.
Paying. We accept major credit and debit cards and other standard payment options shown at checkout. Your payment details are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway — we never store your full card number.
If we have to cancel. Occasionally we'll need to cancel an order — usually a payment that didn't clear or a stock count that was off. If that happens, you won't be charged, and we'll let you know by email.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Where we ship. Right now, the US and the UK only.
How long it takes. You'll see an estimated delivery window at checkout. We work hard to hit it, but couriers, customs, and the occasional bad-weather week are outside our control, so treat the estimate as a guide rather than a promise.
What it costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. For cross-border orders, customs duties or import taxes may be charged separately by your local authorities — those aren't included in our prices.

The Aminira name, logo, product photography, written descriptions, and overall look of the site belong to us. Feel free to enjoy them — but please don't copy, republish, or reuse any of it commercially without our written permission first.
