This page explains how payment works at AMINIRA: what we accept, how billing works, and what happens if a payment does not go through.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure payments by major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. All card payments are processed through Stripe, our payment processor, on secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure.

2. Currency and Pricing

All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Any applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Payment Security

Every transaction is encrypted and processed through Stripe's secure gateway. AMINIRA never sees or stores your full card number, that information stays with our payment processor.

4. Billing Verification

Please make sure your billing details match what your bank or card issuer has on file. If they do not match, the payment may be held or the order delayed.

5. If a Payment Does Not Go Through

If a payment cannot be completed, we will email you so it does not hold up your order. Common reasons include insufficient funds, mismatched billing details, or a fraud-prevention hold from your bank. Most are resolved quickly with your card provider.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
