Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with AMINIRA. Here is exactly how our shipping works, including where orders ship from, how long they take, and what to do if something goes wrong. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. We process Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. During promotions or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Where Orders Ship From

AMINIRA products are shipped from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong. All orders are sent directly to your U.S. address with tracking.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery to the United States is approximately 5 to 10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Total estimated time from order to delivery is roughly 6 to 12 business days. These are estimates and can occasionally shift due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shopping periods.

4. Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. There are no hidden shipping fees.

5. Import Duties and Taxes

All AMINIRA orders are shipped to U.S. addresses only. There are no hidden shipping fees or separate import-duty charges due at delivery. Any applicable U.S. sales tax is shown at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email, typically within 24 to 48 hours. You can use it to follow your package until it arrives.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout, but contact us right away and we will help where we can.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us at info@aminira.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right.
