Return & Refund Policy

At AMINIRA, we want you genuinely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, this page explains how returns and refunds work. This policy applies to U.S. orders.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. What Can Be Returned

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. You will need a valid receipt or order confirmation so we can match the return to your order.

3. What Cannot Be Returned

Items marked "Final Sale," gift cards, and promotional items cannot be returned. Items showing wear or damage not caused by us are also not eligible.

4. How to Start a Return

Email info@aminira.com with your order number and the reason for the return, including a photo if relevant. We will reply with a return authorization and the correct return address. Please wait for that confirmation before sending anything back.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective item, in which case we cover it.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned with signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund and will explain why.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the size or style you want.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
