• Placing an order. Once you order, you'll get an email confirmation. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
• How you can pay. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Every payment is processed securely through Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.
• Cancellations. We may cancel an order if there's a payment authorization issue or a stock error on our end.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times. Estimated processing and delivery windows are shown on our Shipping Policy page and at checkout. We aim to hit them, though the occasional delay can happen.
• Shipping costs. Shipping is free on every order.
