1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• We process Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• During holidays, promotions, or busy periods, processing can take up to 5 business days.
• Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates start after your order has been processed and shipped:

Estimated delivery to the United States is approximately 5–10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Total estimated time from order to delivery is roughly 6–12 business days. These are estimates and can occasionally shift due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shopping seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

• No hidden shipping fees, ever.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email or text within 24–48 hours. Use it to follow your package right up to your door.

5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can't take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We partner with reliable carriers, but delays occasionally happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, reach out and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

7. U.S. Sales Tax

All AMINIRA orders are shipped to U.S. addresses only. There are no hidden shipping fees or separate import-duty charges due at delivery. Any applicable U.S. sales tax is shown at checkout.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
