Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facility in Hong Kong, directly to your U.S. address with tracking.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes about 1 to 2 business days, and U.S. delivery takes about 5 to 10 business days after shipping, roughly 6 to 12 business days in total.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is free on all orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 30 days, on unworn items in their original packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
